Enrollment
Parents who wish to enroll their student at Our Lady of Guadalupe School must complete the admission process below:
- Complete the admissions application form and pay the $150 registration fee for each student.
- Submit a copy of the following:
- Birth Certificate
- Baptismal and/or First Holy Communion Certificate (if applicable)
- Updated Immunization Records

Most recent report card or school transcript as well as standardized test results

Complete an online FACTS Tuition Enrollment Form (Tuition Processing)
Thanks to our Open Enrollment Policy, new families can register at any time.
Admissions Process
After the application has been submitted, all students will be tested and must demonstrate the potential to perform grade-level tasks related to learning — previous efforts, behavior, attendance, and grades are also considered. Once approved, new families will sit in private with the principal to review enrollment eligibility and sign the parent contract.
The school office will schedule and coordinate these meetings.
Transitional Kindergarten – 4 years old
Applicants should be 4 years of age on or before September 1. Students that do not meet that requirement will be considered on an individual basis. Students are administered an entrance assessment and interviewed to determine school readiness. Kindergarten
